City Hall Lobby Hours will remain Monday - Thursday from 9 am to 3 pm until further notice.

Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccine events have been put together for community members living, attending school or working in Solano County 12+! Parents/guardians must accompany minors 12-15 years old for consent purposes.

With flu season approaching, residents are encouraged to get a flu shot as soon as possible. It is imperative that residents continue to practice good hygiene and take preventative measures to protect themselves from the flu and COVID-19 this season.

On June 30, 2019, an emergency order was executed, granting a 90-day business license renewal extension for businesses damaged by the coronavirus.

The COVID-19 hotline WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE on Friday, July 3, 2020 in observance of the Fourth of July (Independence Day) Holiday.

Governor Newsom recently announced that all Californians are required to wear face coverings in public spaces - particularly indoors or when physical distancing is not possible.

In a unanimous vote, City Council has passed an Emergency Order requiring the use of face masks in public spaces at the Tuesday night, May 26th, City Council meeting. You can read the full Order HERE.

Governor Newsom issued Executive Order N-64-20 calling for the November 3, 2020, General Election to be conducted as an all vote-by-mail ballot election. This is an important first step in ensuring that California voters do not have to choose between exercising their right to vote and protecting their health and that of their loved ones. The Solano County Public Health Officer, consistent with the recent changes from the State Department of Public Health, is amending the County’s Shelter at Home Health Order and Directive to include recreational outdoor activities as essential activities. Governor Gavin Newsom announced Friday that the Shelter-at-Home Order will remain in effect until May 17, 2020. Services listed at "essential" in nature will continue to operate. The order language remains the same and does not allow for any gatherings for social purposes. The Shelter-at- Home means people are not to leave their homes unless leaving for essential services. Gatherings for any reason other than the purpose of providing or receiving an essential service violates the Governor's Order. While the City of Vallejo does not establish the Order; the City and its residents must comply with the Order. California's Governor, Gavin Newsom, announced a new initiative to expand call center hours at the Employment Development Department to better assist Californians with unemployment insurance applications. EDD will also implement a one-stop shop for those applying for Pandemic Unemployment Assistance, including the self-employed and independent contractors. For more information click here.

The California Department of Motor Vehicles announced a renewal deadline extension for all license renewals set to expire between March and May. Drivers younger than 70 will have their license extended to May 31, 2020. Drivers 70 and older will automatically receive a temporary paper extension which will be valid for 120 days.

Should you find yourself in a situation where you need a valid ID, the DMV is offering free temporary extension cards to anyone who requests them. You can request your free temporary extension card here

Following the Judicial Council of California's emergency meeting, California Attorney General Xavier Becerra issued updated guidance to Califronia tenants, encouraging them to learn about their rights if they are unable to pay their full rent as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
